Prof. Dr. Wenjun Liu is an Academician and Research Scholar at the College of Food Science and Engineering, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, Hohhot, China, and is affiliated with the Key Laboratory of Dairy Biotechnology and Engineering, Ministry of Education, P.R. China. His primary research expertise lies in Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS), with a strong focus on lactic acid bacteria. He is actively engaged in the construction, evaluation, and innovative development of lactic acid bacteria germplasm resource libraries, contributing significantly to microbial biotechnology and food science.
