🎓 EARLY ACADEMIC PURSUITS
Wang Xiaoling embarked on his academic journey in biotechnology at the College of Agriculture, South China University of Tropical Agriculture, earning his bachelor's degree in 2005. He further specialized in crop genetics and breeding during his master's studies at Hainan University (2005-2008). His commitment to agricultural research led him to pursue a Ph.D. in crop genetics and breeding at the College of Agriculture, South China Agricultural University, from 2013 to 2017.
💼 PROFESSIONAL ENDEAVORS
Since 2008, Wang Xiaoling has been a part of the Rice Research Institute at Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He progressed from a research intern to an assistant researcher and is now an associate researcher. His professional journey also includes a secondment at the Jiangxi Province Office of the Leading Group for Modern Seed Industry Development (Agriculture and Rural Department of Seed Industry Special Class) from 2021 to 2022.
